The DeROM™ Single Patient Orthoses utilize a "low load, prolonged stretch" modality on contracted soft tissues to promote long-term ROM gain. Designed for maximum patient comfort, these orthoses are extremely easy to apply and adjust tension.

The DeROM Ankle orthosis uniquely restores neutral foot position and function. This patented device promotes joint distraction and addresses plantar flexion and inversion by directly opposing soft tissue contractures.

The rear piston design initiates heel strike for proper gait, and does not accentuate LE tone. Malleable Wire-foam softgoods allow custom fitting. Designed for weight-bearing, the DeROM Ankle orthosis can be worn during therapy, transfers, and while walking.
