The DeROM™ Single Patient Orthoses utilize a "low load, prolonged stretch" modality on contracted soft tissues to promote long-term ROM gain. Designed for maximum patient comfort, these orthoses are extremely easy to apply and adjust tension.

With malleable Wire-foam cuffs for custom fitting, and Quick-strapsT for easy donning and doffing, the DeROM Elbow orthosis is extremely comfortable and simple to use. The orthosis features flexion and extension in one unit. The Tension Lock-Out Control limits the tension applied. The range of motion limiters can be adjusted to lock out flexion or extension, and allow the unit to be used as a static progressive splint.
