The DeROM™ Single Patient Orthoses utilize a "low load, prolonged stretch" modality on contracted soft tissues to promote long-term ROM gain. Designed for maximum patient comfort, these orthoses are extremely easy to apply and adjust tension.

For soft-tissue contractures, the DeROM Wrist orthosis features universal left/right and flexion/extension in one unit. This versatile orthosis is also excellent for ulnar/radial deviation treatment, and ROM limiters allow it to be used as a static progressive splint. Malleable Wire-foamT cuffs allow custom fitting without heat or tools, and the Tension Lock-Out Control limits the amount of tension applied.

Sizing: measure MP width: C (small/medium) 2 ¼" - 3", D (medium/large) 3" - 3 ¾".
